3rd Annual China Green Transport Summit 2010 a complete success!

With the support of transport authorities at home and abroad, the 3rd Annual China Green Transport Summit 2010 (Abbr. CGTS 2010) in Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao was a complete success! This summit is organized by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers Vehicle Engine Branch, National Technology Research Center of Commercial Vehicle Powertrain, The National High Tech Center for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction (CHEEC) and HNZ Industry Media, co-organized by China Association of Automobile Manufacturers Axle Component Branch Committee, Shanghai Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE-S), and HNZ Events.

The theme of CGTS 2010 is “Promoting Green Transport Construction, Building a Green Environmental-protection Home”. It is divided into two streams: Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Vehicles, talking about technical innovation and industry development trends. Topics are including diesel engine technology, powertrain systems, EV standards, tail gas treatment technology, auto battery technology, etc. In the heavy atmosphere of low carbon World Expo, China Association of Automobile Manufacturers Vehicle Engine Branch and other host institutes decide to move the summit to Shanghai. Meanwhile visiting thousands of new energy vehicles in World Expo, all the participants will appreciate the appearance of new energy automobile industry in Shanghai through attending the CGTS 2010.

The 3rd Annual China Green Transport Summit 2010 gather over 200 participants from all over the world including auto OEMs, auto parts, auto electronics, engine, raw material, auto design, powertrain systems, consultants, etc. They are professions from Germany, USA, Japan, UK, Swiss, Korea, Singapore, France, Norway, Austria, and others, more than 20 countries. For Chinese Auto OEMs who are looking at the world market, CGTS 2010 gathered famous auto makers including Volkswagen AG, General Motor, Nissan Motor, Lotus cars, Volvo Group. They will share the most attractive technologies and successful experience with all participants, especially Chinese Auto makers like Chery, SAIC, Geely, Chana, Sinotruk, GAIG, BAW, Dongfeng Motor, Yutong Bus, Sunwin, King Long Bus, etc.
