Interview Process

The recruitment process is the way that helps you to comprehend the international summits. The HR professional and experienced business manager will meet you face to face. From which, HNZ Events and you will get to know each other well.

In the first round face-to-face interview, you will be asked to complete a MBTI test and after that our HR and Business Manager will have a communication with you, to test your spoken English and if your ability of learning, logical thinking and professional attitude could fit HNZ Events well or not. We do not value the knowledge and skills you obtained from school, but the way you obtained them and your attitude, and also the potential space and motivation you will obtain in HNZ Events? There is a systematical training program in our company, in which we help new employees to get familiar with the position and to grasp the opportunities of continually learning and development.

In the second face to face interview, you can directly communicate with our Director and Project Manager who have rich experience in international summit operation. We will give you one of the conferences we organized before as example in this interview. The communication and role play between you and Management Team based on your quick learning and analysis on its product, market, customers and selling point, your presentation and communication skill.

The HR professionals and managers you'll be meeting in your interviews will describe our work, our culture, and our industry—the things you need to know to make an informed career decision.
