Career Training
Our training school begins the moment you start and last throughout your career.
Starting with our induction training, we educate, motivate, inspire and challenge our people to develop. It is designed to introduce new staffs, and allow you to practice key working skills before joining the first project, including basic business concepts, research skills, analysis skills, negotiation skills, deal-making skills, product producing skills, and so on within 3 months.
Following some basic training, you will be assigned to a project team and will be expected to make an impact straight away. You will find that your responsibilities and influence increase until you are managing or directing an entire project.
Within the first 7-12 months of joining, as you become a more experienced and move into more senior roles within your teams, you will attend the planning/designing training, management and leadership training that will equip you with additional, necessary skills required to make a success of your new positions.
